Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unforgettable Deals at unforgettabledeals.com("the Site"), operated by Gray Group International ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What We Provide

Unforgettable Deals is a curated weekly deal platform. We feature one deal per week spanning physical product, digital product, and service dimensions. Deal pages include editorial content and affiliate links to third-party retailers, primarily Amazon. We do not sell products directly.

By subscribing, you agree to receive our weekly deal email. Subscription requires email confirmation (double opt-in). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. We reserve the right to modify newsletter frequency or format with reasonable notice.

Deal Submissions

If you submit a deal for consideration, you represent that you have authority to submit the information, that the information is accurate, and that the offer complies with applicable laws. Submission does not guarantee selection or publication. We may score, approve, reject, or modify submissions at our sole discretion. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use submitted content for evaluation, marketing, and publication on the Site and in our newsletter.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAY GROUP INTERNATIONAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, NEWSLETTER, OR AFFILIATE LINKS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
